Guerneville is located in the Russian River Valley of Sonoma County, California. Its a small tourist town situated between the Russian River and the surrounding hills. Guerneville is known for redwoods, Korbel Vineyard tours and wine tastings, Russian River kayaking, Lake Sonoma boating, camping, hiking, and horseback riding.

Guerneville has a Mediterranean-style climate with dry weather in May to October and rainy weather November through April. Summers run into the 90's(F), great for relaxing on the beach our hiking through the redwoods. Winter temperatures average 50(F) and can dip into the 30's(F), so it's best to dress in layers.
